Window is a media. Media is the plural of the medium. It’s meaning “in between” or “something in the middle”. In my opinion, the leader is a media. A leader/media is someone standing between person to person or experiences. To mediate a relationship, activities, projects, etc. how to mediate something in a proper way? I don’t know the answers. But, Linkara’s method, used a working clay as a leadership’s metaphor been giving an interpretation: in many ways, unexpected results, in leadership, are what have most inspiring.
