What’s the importance of Leadership? 

We seem to enjoy the view we get from behind windows

I think the leadership.. is like a “window”. 

Window is a media. Media is the plural of the medium. It’s meaning “in between” or “something in the middle”. 

In my opinion, the leader is a media. 

A leader/media is someone standing between person to person or experiences. To mediate a relationship, activities, projects, etc. 

how to mediate something in a proper way?

I don’t know the answers. 

But, Linkara’s method, used a working clay as a leadership’s metaphor been giving an interpretation: in many ways, unexpected results, in leadership, are what have most inspiring. Or maybe the leadership brings/creates environment of support affirmation, where individuals feel comfortable. 

A safe space? 

Maybe..because based on term & condition, a safe space required a genuine care. 

A genuine care is the situation when sometimes we need someone to simply be there. Not to fix anything, but to build a self confidence. 

Remember…

Loneliness is a required course for leadership. The loner often looking at others through a window.

Sometimes it gives us a pleasure. Sometimes is not. But if we see others without being seen, because the window uses blinds, for example, the function of “mediate” will be lost. 

So, open your blind window. To get a panoramic view. 

Especially in Bali :)
