In late January 2024, #tractionenergyasia was held an intern gathering. The gather’s event highlights into past year’s team work and achievements. Facilitated by Karen and Rival, a duo-dynamic facilitator from nowhere, and of course the magnificent Bli Komang. The event reveals various influences, start from moving meditation, creating a dome, discussion, U Theory, until feedback session. Traction’s team traces their roots, along with each founders, senior staff, and fresh grads storytelling through out the 3 days of session.
